This experience was so much better than sitting at a traditional restaurant. Within minutes of arriving, Brian and his team greeted everybody, explained the process and then started cooking some amazing food. As ingredients were added to the pot, he kept everybody informed, and it was really interactive. The quality & quantity of the food was outstanding! "We had the absolute joy & privilege of having the Outer Banks Boil Company cater our intimate wedding reception dinner in Nags Head in June 2025. As a chef based out of NYC and the bride, I can only give the highest of praises to the entire team! From start to finish the experience was nothing short of perfection. Coordinating the catering management team was seamless and they were incredibly accommodating to my request to have a slightly later than standard dining time. Our boil was hosted by Nick who truly blew us away with his warm, kind, and generous hospitality. The food was beyond delicious with enough leftovers to enjoy a meal of shrimp tacos the next night which was an incredible suggestion from Nick himself at the end of the evening. We cannot thank Nick and the entire Outer Banks Boil Company team for creating such a delicious and memorable experience for us and our family on our wedding night! We cannot wait to return to OBX and enjoy another boil again when we return to celebrate our anniversaries!"
