Kyle and Parker opened up the Charlottesville shop in 2020 as Outer Banks Boil Company's first "Best Pot in Town". Spending time in the Outer Banks and seeing the success of the OBX shops they knew that people's love for seafood wasn't restricted to beach towns and brought the Signature Seafood Boil back home with them.
